Refund policy
Due to the global health pandemic, the health and safety of our customers and team is our primary concern - all sales are final except where required by law. We accept returns for refund or exchange at our discretion for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy, you must first email us within three days of receiving your shipment at hello@evrydayjane.com and alert us of the damage. We will review your request and provide further directions.
